Varsity Volunteer Opportunities

This year, we're planning to have 2 fundraisers!

Here's a quick look at what we're doing:

• Fall Mum Sale: Details TBA

• 300 Raffle:   Details TBA

As you all know, there are so many moving parts, when it comes to having a great season.  We're looking for a parent who can help keep things running smoothly this year.

• Modified Parent Representative will:

• Get sizes for team hoodies from each player.

• Hand out fundraiser information to players/parents.

• Solicit help for 50/50 from parents for Varsity Home Games.

• Pick up/Deliver bananas for games.

• Serve as a support for the coaching staff as needed.

• Looking ahead to our special nights.

• September TBA: SW Trojan Midget Night 

• September TBA: Homecoming 

• October TBA: Senior Night & Breast Cancer Awareness Night 

Team dinners continue to be a beloved tradition that our boys look forward to each season.  

Parents graciously volunteer to host team dinners.  Parents of seniors get the first opportunity to volunteer to host a dinner.  Once the senior parents have had the opportunity, other parents are welcome to host a dinner.  

Parents are also welcome to "team up" to offer dinner to our players.  Dinners happen the Thursday prior to games.  Coach Burkholder has also requested that the dinner be some type of pasta to keep costs under control.
